$120 a year, one payment.

Your department files the IRS short form, which shows no spending, so we use half of one percent of $50,000, the most a short form filer takes in.

Year one is a setup fee. It builds every card and covers all of year one, with the monthly checks and the note to the chief. From year two, $120 a year keeps them going.
