1

Every address belongs in the plan.

The house down the lane. The apartments above the store. The farm at the edge of town. Your plan covers the whole first due.

Each plan starts from public records: building use, year built, size and stories, alongside aerial views. Your existing preplans become part of the picture.

Property research + your station’s knowledge

2

Your station makes it yours.

Start with the preplans, apparatus and water sources you already know. Your answers carry to every property you protect.

Set station-wide choices once. Then answer focused questions about access, water and local hazards where a property needs your attention.

Built around your station

Your knowledge goes further.

  1. 1
    Bring what you have

Existing preplans, apparatus and water sources.

  2. 2
    Set the station-wide picture

Response area, apparatus and operating preferences.

  3. 3
    Focus on the exceptions

Access, hazards and details that need local knowledge.

Example of a focused question

Which entrance does your crew use to reach this property?

3

Ready before the alert.

Open the address to see the property, approach and water plan together. Building details and your station’s decisions have a place your crew can find.

Your answers build the plan, so the work is done well before dispatch.

Use the plan on the call.

Keep the property plan beside the command record. Track arrivals, assignments and benchmarks, and share a read-only view when another responder needs the picture.

Your plan stays distinct from what officers report on scene.

Keep what you learn for the next crew.

A changed entrance. A better water source. Something a member spotted on a call. Keep that knowledge with the property instead of losing it between shifts.

After a call, your crew confirms what it saw. Your officers decide what belongs in the next plan.

About us

Questions chiefs ask.

What does it cost?

One annual department subscription includes your department's plans, monthly source checks and the app. The pricing page has the current offer and everything included.

See how pricing works

How much officer time does it take?

Add your rigs, run cards, water supply and SOGs once. Setup saves as you go. Each plan starts from public records, and your answers build it. A chief or officer can change any plan.

Does FirePreplans replace our RMS or paging app?

Keep your existing systems. FirePreplans adds your plans, modeled water needs and proposed apparatus positions, and the chief's command board once it is turned on for your department. Use your cards by link or export. We confirm the supported delivery path for your department's software during onboarding; a named vendor integration is not assumed.

We already have pre-plans.

Keep them. Upload PDFs, photos or spreadsheets to bring in what you already know. Your plans also cover homes and other buildings, with water planning for each.

What if your data is wrong?

Public records can be incomplete or stale. Officers confirm local details and approve planning changes before operational use. Sources and uncertainty remain visible where available.
