From year two

$160 a year, one payment.

Half of one percent of the typical yearly spending for a first due your size. Fire districts and town departments do not file with the IRS, so we use that.

Year one is a setup fee. It builds every card and covers all of year one, with the monthly checks and the note to the chief. From year two, $160 a year keeps them going.
